Supercharge Lead Generation on LinkedIn with Dripify…the LinkedIn autopilot tool that works while you sleep. Designed to help you improve LinkedIn prospecting and close more deals it really is the best (and cheapest) marketing tool I’ve ever used. Build your own sales funnels in minutes and let the software do the job for you whilst protecting your account from automation bans.
Fathom is easy-yet-powerful website analytics tool. I switched to Fathom because it’s an ethical analytics tool all for protecting a users digital privacy. It gives me everything I want to know about my site’s performance in a beautifully simple interface. Yes it costs a small monthly fee but it stops me having to have that annoying cookie popup (#FullyGDPRcompliant) and that alone can increase conversions.
It’s so much more than a password manager. LastPass sits as an extension in your web browser which you log into with your MASTER password each time you open your browser. It will remember all your passwords for you and autofill them when you need them, generate super strong passwords for you, let you change passwords direct from the dashboard, show you a security score and so much more. It’s a great tool for securely sharing clients their mega complex passwords you’ve created for them too (hopefully)!
They are a little more pricey but rightly so! As a WP host Kinsta are second to none. It’s a fully managed service supported by a bunch of WP experts that are always on hand…and trust me they know their stuff! You get automatic daily backups for those big boo boos and so much more included in every package annnd their web interface is super easy to use. If you want speed, security and reliability…and a warm fuzzy feeling…look nowhere else!
Elementor is the most popular WordPress pagebuilder in the world. It makes it super easy for anyone to build up a site, page by page, in rapid time by dragging and dropping elements and styling them with its visual interface. It’s built with performance in mind, so the code is very clean and you wont experience massive changes in site speed. With their Pro version you can design every element of your site from headers & footers right through to blog posts & WooCommerce pages. You’ll never struggle to find a tutorial online either (including mine!).
With plugins like Jet Engine, Jet Search, Jet Smart Filters, Jet Booking & Jet Appointments you can really take your sites to the next level. Crocoblock helps you nail those dynamic websites in the simplest way possible (no code required). There are also a few Elementor templates included for when you just want to get a site up quickly. One of the best plugin investments I ever made.
Astra in their own words (and everyone elses) is the “Most Popular Theme of All Time”. It’s lightweight and highly customizable and combines perfectly with Elementor and Crocoblock. I really feel this one will vastly reduce your website design time because you can use their pixel perfect ready to use website demos and customize from a base rather than having to come up with your own ideas (which is mega helpful when starting out). Call it your ultimate helping hand! If you go for the Growth bundle rather than the Essential bundle you’ll even get access to their Skilljet academy which is essentially a library of online training courses designed specifically for web entrepreneurs from renowned industry experts!
It’s kind of a must have. Adobe Creative Cloud is a collection of 20+ desktop and mobile apps and services for photography, design, video, web, UX and more…and it’s the cheapest way of having the important ones from the off (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator and if you’re into video Premiere Pro and the horror that is After Effects). In terms of the webby stuff though XD has some cool features that’ll save you a tonne of time when prototyping. Photoshop and Illustrator let you design those much needed graphics and Premiere Pro is the best video editing software out there. All have a tonne of tutorials online (again including mine) and it’s a really cool/fun skill to have #CreativeCloudMaster.
MainWP brings all your WordPress management needs under one simple to use dashboard. As you probably have been told WordPress always needs updates so when you’re managing multiple sites MainWP saves you a tonne of time (you can even set updates to run automatically). Best part is it’s self hosted so you can add WordPress sites without incurring extra fees. Other features include managing users, uptime & site health monitoring and so much more.
40% of people who visit a website will leave it if it takes more than 3s to load. That’s why every website should be optimized for speed and have a powerful caching system at its core. Introducing WP Rocket. It’s no secret that a fast site is more likely to rank higher in search engines which leads to more traffic and more conversions. I can’t believe this one took me so long to find. WP Rocket improves the loading time of your site right upon activation. Forget configuration headaches, and enjoy the results!
Add the WooCommerce plugin to any WordPress site and set up a new store in minutes. Get secure payments, configurable shipping options, and more, out of the box – for FREE. So much better than paying for the amount of products you have or sales you make. Have complete control!
Stripe is the payment provider that most people use in the west (USA & Europe). It has a very easy to use and beautiful interface and their transaction fees are low! It also perfectly integrates with Woocommerce on WordPress and has lots of payment options (even Apple and Google Pay).
There’s not much more to say about it than it’s the must have SEO plugin for WordPress. The free version does the job for me!
Ok so this one is for those times when your contact forms/website messages just aren’t delivering through to your inbox. It’s not quite as simple as install and go and you will need something like Mailgun or SMTP.com to go with it…but it does take you through all the setup. This is one of those hidden gems you should always have in your back pocket. The free version does the job for me!
monday.com is one of the best productivity tools I’ve ever come across. I hear Notion mentioned all the time on YouTube but it’s just average in comparison. Boost you and your team’s alignment, efficiency, and productivity by customizing any workflow to fit your needs. You can mould it to pretty much how your brain works, automate flows and create dashboards to track progress at a glance. They’ve even set out a load of templates so you don’t have to start from scratch. Streamlined work = maximum productivity!

Cheers! You're on the list!
